Natalie Froland brings more than eight years of commercial real estate experience to the TRE team, with a strong background in business analytics and transaction management. As a Vice President, Natalie focuses primarily on tenant and buyer representation, working closely with clients to provide strategic, end-to-end guidance throughout the transaction process. She takes a highly collaborative, data-driven approach, leveraging technology and analytics to help clients make informed real estate decisions aligned with their business goals.
In addition to her brokerage role, Natalie is a partner on the investment side of the business, where she brings deep analytical expertise and tenant-representation insight to underwriting and execution. This dual perspective allows her to add value across both occupier and investment transactions.
Prior to joining TRE, Natalie worked as an internal consultant at DaVita, a Fortune 200 company, where she identified and addressed companywide inefficiencies through the development and implementation of new initiatives. During her time at DaVita, she was exposed to multiple commercial real estate–related projects, which sparked her interest in brokerage and development. Her problem-solving mindset and commitment to service excellence continue to be core strengths in her role at TRE.
Natalie is deeply invested in the growth and success of her home state of Colorado. She has served as Chair of the Mile High United Way Catalyst Society and is an active member of the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. She also previously served on the Denver Olympic Exploratory Committee, collaborating with civic and business leaders across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. A sixth-generation Coloradan and Steamboat Springs native, she enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband, John, and their two children—whether snowboarding, snowmobiling, or wakesurfing.
